Dragon Capital acquires one of the largest Ukrainian shopping mall from international investor

Dragon Capital Investments Limited, a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies, has acquired one of the largest shopping mall located in the city center of Lviv. Before, the shopping mall was owned by Turkish private investors. At the same time, parties do not disclose financial details of the deal.
According the Dragon Capital CEO Tomas Fiala it is the first acquisition beyond the Kyiv region. He believes that Lviv is one of the most dynamic cities of Ukraine with growing potential. The company will focus right now on completion of the construction works of the project and its further promotion, pro-active marketing activities, and strong tenant mix to make it attractive to the customers.

The GLA of the mall is 48, 229 sqm. It is located between dense population residential district and the Lviv International Airport making it a point of attraction for the people.

Among the major tenants are Silpo grocery store, Foxtrot, Argo, New Yorker, LPP Group, Multiplex cinema, King Fitness gym.
