According to the International Monetary Fund, Balance of Payments database, supplemented by data from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and official national sources in 2016 Ukraine appealed 3, 441 billion US$ being placed 51 in the ranking between Ghana (3,485 billion US$) and Iran (3,372 billion US$).
Comparing Ukraine with other Eastern Europe countries Kazakhstan and Poland attracted over 16 billion US$, Romania – more than 5 billion US$, Turkmenistan – 4,522 billion US$, Azerbaijan – 4,499 US$, Slovak Republic – over 3,548 billion US$.
