30 June the construction of Innovation District IT Park, one of the largest project aimed to boom IT sector in Ukraine officially started. The property includes several 8-22-storey business centers, University building, hotels, shopping malls and additional amenities.
According to the Lviv’s mayor Andriy Sadoviy, the total investments into the project reach $160 million. The largest investor contributed to the project is Brookfield, an investment fund based in Canada, though presented globally in over 30 countries. Long-term investments into the office properties in the world are among the company’s key focuses.
Thus, Brookfield Property Partners owns, operates and develops one of the largest portfolios of office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, triple net lease, self-storage, student housing and manufactured housing assets.
